Expense Refund Terms and Conditions:

If a Prospective student qualify for a Refund as per the ‘Pass Guarantee Terms and Conditions’ after completing 360 GSP Boot Camp and is not successful in their CCIE Lab exam, 360 GSP will Refund the following Expenses:

• Travel Costs (maximum of GBP 300)
• Hotel Costs (maximum of GBP 150)

Original Receipts will be required to get this refund along with the unsuccessful exam attempt report. The Exam attempt report and Receipts dates should match else no refund will be made. These Travel and hotel cost should have occurred during the last attempt of the exam.

Free Re-Take:

Free re-take will be subject to availability and 360 GSP’s discretion. Please note that re-takes will only be allowed for a 5 day Boot Camp unless stated. 360 GSP will not Guarantee any Lab access during this Free 5 day Boot Camp

Pass Guarantee:
• We will guarantee to refund your flight and hotel expenses incurred at your first CCIE lab attempt. We will also offer a Free Re-take of 5 day Boot Camp. This Guarantee is only part of our Cisco CCIE boot camps.

Pass Guarantee Terms and Conditions
• Prospective Student should be able to successfully complete our pre-requests Lab
• We require students to attend their boot camp with 100% attendance (Timings and Days to be attended as per our Initial Boot Camp Briefing), failure to do so will result in Guarantee being void
• Full Boot Camp Fees to be paid upfront before starting the Boot Camp
• Students will have to take their CCIE lab exam within 60 days (including weekends and holidays) of completing the Boot Camp.

Please note that it is your (Students) responsibility to pre-book the CCIE Lab exam prior to the commencement of the Boot Camp.
